One of the core principles of HR at Montecarlo is to ensure Right Person at Right Role – meaning, a role holder is equipped with the correct set of knowledge, skills and experience to be able to perform his role to the highest possible standards.

Learning and Development plays an integral role in the process. Montecarlo has developed a Competency based system which uses scientific tools to objectively assess role requirements, employee abilities and find gaps which can be filled through development interventions.
